Therapy
Zander utilizes many modalities of psychotherapy. However, his primary strength is his ability to connect with his clients in a way that can’t be taught. Modeling authenticity and vulnerability as a therapist has allowed Zander to develop deep and meaningful therapeutic relationships with his clients. Zander blends curiosity, humor, and his own life experiences with his training in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, in a way that is unique to him and to each client.
